How to use:
Ensure thorough mixing of the two phases by shaking well before each use. Place a cotton pad saturated with the solution on each closed eye. Delicately press the cotton pad onto the eyelid for 10 seconds to effectively dissolve eye shadow. Then, without rubbing, sweep over the eyelashes from the base to the tips.
