INSTRUCTIONS:

For adults using this food supplement, take 1 capsule either with or at the start of a small meal. For larger meals, take 1 or 2 capsules with or at the beginning of the meal. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose unless specifically advised by a healthcare practitioner.
