Solgar Uva Ursi & Juniper Formula is a dietary supplement that features herbal extracts known for their diuretic and antiseptic properties. This combination of herbs, including Uva Ursi, Juniper, Buchu, Parsley, and Barberry, can be effective in reducing fluid retention. It’s particularly useful for addressing issues such as swollen ankles, wrists, and feet, as well as premenstrual weight gain caused by fluid retention.
The use of uva ursi as a traditional herbal remedy for mild urinary tract infection symptoms like frequent urination and tingling in the urine, as well as juniper for its diuretic effects and relief of mild urinary tract irritations, has been approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC).
This supplement is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans and can be a helpful addition to support urinary and fluid balance.
Dosage
1 capsule daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken with meals.
