Usage Instructions:

Shake well before use. Can be consumed undiluted or mixed with hot water as an herbal tea:

• Children (3-6 years): 5 ml, 2 times per day (=10 ml)
• Children (6-12 years): 5 ml, 4 times per day (=20 ml)
• Adolescents and adults: 10 ml, 3 times per day (=30 ml)
