Instructions:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the formula.
2. Boil fresh water (100°C) and let it cool to around (40°C).
3. Add the required amount of sterilized water and formula powder to the bottle following the dosage table. Do not reboil previously boiled water.
4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
5. Remove the protective cap and attach the nipple.
6. Always check the temperature of the prepared formula on your wrist before feeding.
