Igactive® Sweet Dreams combines melatonin, which speeds up the onset of sleep, with the relaxing properties of valerian to provide a quick and peaceful sleep.

Melatonin is a substance produced in the human body that promotes the onset of sleep. According to the European Food Safety Authority, melatonin at a dose of 1mg contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin also helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag, provided at least 0.5 mg of melatonin is consumed before bedtime, on the first day of travel, and a few days after arriving at the destination.

Usage Instructions:

Take 1 soft capsule daily, preferably half an hour before bedtime or as per your doctor’s instructions. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Other Ingredients:

Beeswax, natural-source vitamin E, soy lecithin, soybean oil, gelatin, glycerol, colorants.
