GUM Easy-Flossers 890
Description:
We all know how important it is to brush our teeth. Did you know, though, that brushing removes only about half of the plaque in your mouth?
Studies have shown that using dental floss in conjunction with brushing can remove up to 70% of the plaque. Flossing also helps clean between teeth and below the gumline – areas where plaque can accumulate and toothbrushes can’t reach.
The ergonomically designed GUM® EASY-FLOSSERS make flossing an easy task.
How to use:
- First, wash your hands, then take about 15-20 cm of floss and wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand. Using the thumb and index finger of each hand, grasp a section of approximately 2.5 to 5 cm and place it, with the help of the thumbs, between the upper teeth.
2. Hold a section of the floss (approximately 2.5 to 5 cm) tightly between your fingers and use your index fingers to place it between the contact points of the two lower teeth.
3. Gently move the floss between your teeth in a zig-zag motion, passing over the surface of each tooth. Make sure the floss does not break, as this can harm your gums.
4.Using an up-and-down motion, gently move the floss against the surface of the teeth and below the gumline. Use a clean section of dental floss for cleaning each tooth.
