EnerspeedĀ® Liquid (1) 25ml Orange CherryĀ
EnerspeedĀ® Liquid is a liquid supplement formulated with Guarana (caffeine), Tyrosine, Taurine, and glucuronolactone. It is particularly recommended and valued in endurance sports for its exceptional energizing properties and fatigue-fighting capabilities.
Guarana takes center stage in this supplement. Originating from the Amazon, Guarana is a climbing plant with distinct red or yellow fruits. Indigenous people historically chewed the seeds or incorporated them into food and beverages to enhance psychophysical energy and alleviate fatigue. In contemporary sports, Guarana is commonly used to boost mental and physical performance, counteract the perception of fatigue, and serve as a stimulating tonic in cases of severe asthenia. Guarana seeds contain caffeine (3.2 to 7.0%), theobromine, and theophylline. The bioactive substances are released more gradually in the body than caffeine, resulting in prolonged effects.
Tyrosine, an essential amino acid, serves as a precursor to crucial neurotransmitters like dopamine, adrenaline, and noradrenaline, as well as thyroid hormones. In endurance sports, Tyrosine is highly valued for its ability to enhance cognitive functions, focus, and mood. It proves particularly effective in combating severe fatigue, supporting greater vigor, and addressing fatigue during intensification phases.
Taurine, categorized as a “conditionally” essential amino acid, plays a vital role in various aspects of the body, particularly in the muscular, cardiac, nervous, and hepatic systems. In the realm of sports, Taurine exhibits positive effects by reducing oxidative damage induced by intense physical exercise, preventing potential muscle-tendon injuries, and facilitating post-activity recovery. In cardiovascular performance, it enhances cardiac contractility, promotes better peripheral tissue oxygenation, and effectively counters the accumulation of lactic acid in muscles, contributing to prolonged muscular performance. Additionally, Taurine is recognized for its “energizing” effect in delaying central fatigue onset and reducing post-activity muscle damage.
The inclusion of Glucuronolactone, a natural glucose metabolite found in many “energy” drinks, enhances the synergistic effect of this product. Known for its psychostimulating action, Glucuronolactone contributes to heightened attention and cognitive abilities during athletic performance, making it a valuable addition to sports and energy drinks.
