A menstrual formula crafted from black cohosh, renowned for its ability to alleviate uterine cramps, including menstrual and postpartum cramps (typically experienced from the second childbirth onwards).
How to use:
May be ingested using a dropper, either directly in a teaspoon or diluted in 1/4 cup of water, up to ten times within a 24-hour period. In cases of intense discomfort, the dosage can be repeated every 10 minutes until relief.
For safety reasons, it is advisable to discontinue use 60 days after opening.
