How to make:

In instances of inadequate breast milk, an intake of 5 drops, administered with a dropper, diluted in 1/4 cup of water is recommended every hour until improvement is observed (lasting from 3 to 6 days). For ongoing lactation support, a regimen of 10 drops, delivered via a dropper in 1/4 cup of water, four times within a 24-hour timeframe is suggested.

As a safety measure, it is advisable to discontinue usage 60 days after opening.
