How to use:

Makeup artist Morgane Hilgers suggests beginning at the center of the upper lip to define the heart of the lips. Proceed by working from the outer corners towards the center in successive strokes, following the natural lip line. Conclude by addressing the lower lip, starting from the outer corners and descending towards the center.

For an ultra-glamorous look, outline the lips slightly above their natural line, including the heart of the upper lip.
