Add 1-8 drops to a small amount of water in your diffuser and ensure there is always some water present.

Instructions: Massage, one of the oldest and simplest forms of therapeutic treatment and a well-recognized application of aromatherapy, is an ideal method to alleviate muscle tension, stress, and discomfort in an enjoyable manner. Use 30-35 drops in 100 ml of carrier oil.

BATH:
