How to use:

Take a small amount of the balm using the spatula and warm it by gently rubbing it between your palms. Take a deep breath and then apply the balm to your face and neck, excluding the eye area. Continue massaging until the product completely melts into your skin. Please refrain from using this product during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. It is intended for external use only.
