How to use:
Apply a generous amount to unbroken skin all over the body, avoiding open wounds and irritated areas. Leave on for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. If you intend to use it on specific body areas, you can heat the mud packet in hot water or in the microwave for two minutes at medium heat (ensure the bag is open before microwaving).
